Iris Scott is a finger painter which born in the Maple Valley, Washington. Because her childhood was stay in the farm home. Therefore, the topics of her artwork are all come from many elements in her daily life. Also, she graduated from Washington State University with a major in painting in 2006.

With the Critics call her artwork is the Impressionist and dreamy style.

With the impressionism, the characteristics of impressionism are:

1.Bursh stroke ( For Scott, the finger makes the small stroke)

2.Lines ( For the artwork down here, the finger make the life look more real.)

3.Color ( With Scott using bright color )

4.Lighting ( Scott haven't really use it)

In my opinion, her artworks are more about the still life painting but make the landscapes in the artwork to be colorful and lovely.
