The Weather Project was an exhibition that happened in the Turbine Hall of Tate Modern, in London, from 2003 to 2004.. Olafur Eliasson installed a semi-circular screen and artificial mist to create an illusion of the Sun. The ceiling was a giant mirror to visually double up the space of the hall. Since London has a gloomy weather most of the time, Olafur Eliasson did this exhibition to allow the visitors to experience the visuals and the warmth of the Sun. Visitors can stay in the hall as long as they want, they can even lay down to enjoy the sun.
